The Meadow is a 2-acre field nestled in the heart of Snodland and Birling.
Inside The Meadow we have several secure areas that are names after our family dogs.
The two main areas (Arrow’s Range & Ollie’s Grassland) are both usable by our guests.
We always stagger the hiring so guests are never arriving all at the same time.
Our guests always have exclusive use of the field so that you wont encounter anyone else during your visit.
There is always fresh water and places to sit within each area as well as places to dispose of the inevitable dog poop.
Please be aware we are unable to accept bookings for commercial use such as dog walkers, boarders or trainers.
The Meadow is split into several areas and are currently all hired as one.
Each area is fenced off and edged with bushes.
Access to each area is via it’s own in/out gate.
We also have designated parking to make your stay easy.
A hilled area with beautiful views.
This area is quite open and on a hillside so is perfect to really give your dog some serious exercise.
There are natural logs and benches for seating as well as taking some great photos.
A meadow area perfect for sniffing and exploring.
This area is a much flatter area and littered with gorgeous oak trees.
There is a lot of natural shade in the afternoons so is ideal for exercising larger or fluffier dogs in the Summer.

If you buy sessions in bulk you can save money over buying them individually.
We offer 4 or 10 session packages to use whenever suits you best.
No, we allow a 15-minute buffer between all sessions. So make sure you stick to your time and leave promptly.
Unfortunately that means you will lose some of your time. Please do not eat into someone else’s time.
Yes, you can cancel your session as long as it’s 24 hours before it’s due to happen. If it is less than 24 hours you will lose your session and no refund will be given.
You can book up to an hour before a session time. Perfect for those last minute decisions to have an adventure.
All sessions are paid upfront by card using our online booking system. We do not accept cash or other forms of payment.
Yes. You can book up to 90 days in advance for as many sessions as you would like.
There is room for about 4 cars next to our cabin area. Follow the signs when you arrive.
Unfortunately not, this is for exercising dogs only.
No. Barbeques, fires or anything of that sort is strictly prohibited.
No more that 4 at any one time are permitted on site.
We have one large field called The Meadow which is divided into several areas (Ollie’s Grassland and Arrow’s Range). You will have access to both areas.
The field is completely surrounded by 6ft 6″ deer fencing. Arrow’s Range also has chicken wire up to 1m from the ground around the fencing.
During your session it is completely for your own use. No one else will be there so you wont encounter any other dogs.
When you book you will be sent a confirmation email which will have instructions on how to gain access.
All gates are secured with a coded padlocked and the code will be included within the access instructions.
Yes, water is available in the field in water carriers. It is changed everyday so that it is nice and fresh. Just bring your own bowls.
As this is a dog field, we don’t recommend it as the ground is uneven and it is an ‘industrial’ style environment.
You are however welcome to bring whoever you like but it is, of course, at your own risk to do so.
There is a poo bin in the main walkway into the field for you to use.
Please make sure to clean up after your dog and dispose of waste responsibly.
General waste must be taken home with you.
Our field is designed for use by private individuals to walk their own dogs not for commercial activities which are not permitted.
